Application Management
The following applicant types should apply to Wheeling University through this application:
- Freshman: You've never attended college or all your college credits were earned prior to high school graduation. For example: College Credit Plus or Participated in a dual-enrollment program.
- Transfer: You've attempted 12+ credit hours at a 2 or 4-year college or university after high school graduation or equivalent
- International Freshman and International Transfer Students
The following applicant types should not utilize the undergraduate application:
Returning Students: You've previously attended Wheeling University//Wheeling Jesuit University as a degree-seeking undergraduate student and wish to return to complete you degree.
Guest/Transient Students: You would like to explore one or two college classes without earning college credit or being formally admitted to WU.
Graduate & Professional Studies Students: You would like to earn a Masters Degree, PhD, or a certificate.
Transfer Students:
- Must Submit the Transfer Clearance Form. Please print a copy of the form and forward to your Dean of Students/Chief Student Services Office for completion.
